Niceville, Florida

Meet the
founder.

Growing up in Niceville gave me a deep appreciation for the communities that make Northwest Florida such a great place to live. After graduating from Niceville High School, I earned a degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of West Florida in 2009 with the goal of building a career that combined business, problem solving, and working with people.

That opportunity came in 2013 when I joined an association management company. After earning my Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license within my first three months, I quickly realized that community management was about much more than budgets and board meetings. Building relationships with homeowners and helping boards strengthen their communities became the part of the job I enjoyed most. Starting at the ground level gave me an appreciation for every part of the business, and that foundation, along with experience in business operations and financial management, continues to influence the way I serve boards and homeowners today.

When AMC Florida was established, I chose to focus exclusively on homeowners' associations governed by Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes. Staying focused on Florida HOAs allows me to remain current on the law and provide boards with practical, dependable guidance. I also intentionally maintain a smaller portfolio so every board receives the attention and accessibility they deserve.

At home, life revolves around family. My husband and I have been married for 16 years and are raising our two children here in Niceville. Being a lifelong member of this community makes helping local neighborhoods thrive more than just a career — it's personal.

Part Two · Our Team

Meet the
association manager.

Haley brings a background that's a little different from the typical association manager, and that's exactly what makes her effective. She earned a degree in Social Work from Cowley County Community College and spent years working in childcare, education, and healthcare administration before joining AMC Florida. That path taught her something most management roles don't: how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly across very different personalities, and keep accurate records when the details actually matter to real people.

Before coming to AMC Florida, Haley served as a Labor Allocation Specialist at The Manor at Bluewater Bay, where she coordinated scheduling for 145 employees and audited payroll documentation for accuracy. That operational discipline, knowing how to track, verify, and follow through, translates directly into the day-to-day work of supporting a board: vendor coordination, meeting documentation, homeowner correspondence, and keeping things from slipping through the cracks.

Haley has called Niceville home for over ten years. She knows the area, the community rhythms, and what it means to be a neighbor here, not just a name on an email. When a homeowner reaches out, they're getting someone who genuinely listens, follows through, and takes the responsibility seriously.
